The Heart of a Child Foundation was founded in December 1996, by a group of young volunteers from the city of Galați, by decision no. 26 of 13.12.1996 of the Galati Court. It owns the certificate of registration type “legal person without patrimonial purpose” in the Register of Associations and Foundations No. 13 m.s./8.06.2017. It is registered in the Register of religious entities/units for which tax deductions are granted with tax code 9076002.
The organization is recognized by the Government of Romania as a public utility organization by GD 451/June 22, 2016.
The organization promotes and ensures the respect of children’s rights and safety – see the Child Safeguarding Policy – HERE.
