New project: “Growing Big Dreams in Rural Romania”

We continue to invest in children from rural communities. Because where you are born should never limit your future.

We are launching a new project dedicated to children and young people from disadvantaged rural communities in eastern Romania, with the support of Corteva Agriscience, through GlobalGiving.

Over the next 12 months, we will support 60 children and young people, helping them continue their education, build confidence and develop new skills, and discover that they can play an active role in shaping the future of their communities.

The project “Growing Big Dreams in Rural Romania” includes:

– Educational and social support for children attending the Pechea Day Center;

– Financial assistance and mentoring for high-achieving school and university students whose families struggle to cover the costs of continuing their education;

– Workshops on rural entrepreneurship and community leadership;

– An educational camp focused on environmental responsibility, recycling, and creative reuse.

For us, investing in children from rural communities means much more than helping them stay in school. It means giving them the opportunity to see new possibilities, find the courage to build their own paths, and one day contribute to the communities they come from.
